One of the main areas in which Silvio Sittner is active is in the transaction/project development sector in the broadest sense. Here, he continuously advises national and international investors on their respective real estate acquisitions and sales (individual real estate and real estate portfolio transactions, share and asset deals, sale and lease back transactions, special real estate such as in particular logistics and hotel real estate). His scope of advice includes the review, drafting and negotiation of the relevant confidentiality agreements, heads of terms, purchase/developer agreements as well as construction and architect agreements, in particular general contractor agreements. Of course, together with his team, he also conducts the relevant due diligence reviews, in particular of commercial leases. Moreover he drafts and negotiates any otherwise necessary (complex) agreements with third parties, such as neighbors, including land encumbrances.
In addition, Silvio Sittner focuses on commercial tenancy law. Here, he mainly advises landlords but also larger commercial tenants. In particular, he is entrusted with the preparation and negotiation of lease agreements and addenda as well as with the preparation and maintenance of sample commercial lease agreements. He is also the contact person for all other questions of commercial tenancy law, including the execution of tenancy agreements and in connection with any deficiencies in the written form. In addition, he is active in litigation.
Silvio Sittner's third focus is his work as a notary public. Previously, he had already worked regularly as a notary representative for more than 10 years. Here, too, his daily work includes, in particular, issues relating to construction/purchase contracts as well as real estate and land registry law.
