Jan Schellenberger offers advice on all aspects of construction and plant engineering law to national and international companies. His principal areas of practice include project developments in the real estate, energy and infrastructure sectors. He has broad expertise in advising clients, project developers and investors on the development and construction of power generation plants (renewable energies as well as conventional power plants) and special properties (e.g. logistics properties, industrial plants, shopping centres or office towers). Furthermore, Jan Schellenberger has broad expertise in structuring, drafting and negotiation of complex building and plant construction contracts, including both the implementation and legal enforcement of such contracts. A further area of emphasis is advising investors on the acquisition of power generation plants (share-deal and asset deal), in particular of wind and solar parks.
His industry focus is in the areas of construction and plant engineering, energy and real estate.

After his studies of law at universities in Marburg, Freiburg and Bonn, Jan Schellenberger completed his legal training in Cologne.
