Burkhard Fabritius, MBA, is a lawyer and partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsan-wälten mbB and head of our Hamburg office. With more than fifteen years of experience, he advises and represents national and international companies as well as public corporations in all areas of collective and individual labour law. He also specialises in social security law and occupational pension schemes.
His many years of practical experience enable him to provide strategic advice to board members, managing directors, heads of public authorities and human resources managers on employment law issues and the effective use of employment law instruments. A particular focus of his work is successfully negotiating with works councils, staff councils and trade unions. As a former judge at the Social Court, he has extensive experience in conducting court proceedings.
In addition to his consultancy work, Burkhard Fabritius is a lecturer in labour law at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences and a lecturer in social security law at the University of Hagen. He regularly conducts in-house workshops and seminars for managers and is a sought-after speaker on labour and social security law, with a focus on works constitution law.
